Hi, I’m Brandy Hourihan, a local Realtor®, relocation guide, and longtime Northeast Florida resident helping people make smart moves to St. Augustine and the surrounding areas.

After years working in technology and program management, I built a career around solving problems, managing high-stakes projects, and helping people navigate big decisions with confidence. Real estate turned out to be the perfect fit because buying a home is rarely just a transaction. It’s a life change. And frankly, Florida is expensive enough without people making rushed decisions based on drone footage and palm trees.

Beyond real estate, I’m deeply connected to the coastal lifestyle and conservation community here in Northeast Florida. I volunteer in sea turtle conservation, love the outdoors, and spend a lot of time exploring the beaches, historic areas, and hidden gems that make this area special.
